Regal Residential Construction was founded by Mike Wen and operates primarily in Northern Bergen County. Mike, a lifelong resident of Mahwah, left behind commercial high rise construction in Manhattan to pursue a career based on client relationships and satisfaction. Having been previously immersed in major building construction, Mike learned how to build complex 1000' tall superstructures and multi-million dollar luxury condominiums, but found that this type of work lacked any type of personal connection with the end user. Mike's passion to deliver a truly personal construction project and share the excitement of turning a concept into reality is what drives his work ethic. In January of 2024, Mike opened up Regal Residential Construction and decided to take his technical knowledge accrued from a decade of building New York City high-rise buildings, and apply it to building personalized construction projects for everyday homeowners, not major development companies.
